Joined Apr 17, Messages Joined Jan 20, Messages I literally looked under every single BIOS menu, it's not there. I opened up a ticket, it is a beta BIOS so hopefully some sort of bug or error. I can tell the B roll-out stressed the BIOS team, delays and betas-that-dont-get-official-releases-they-just-get-skipped abound recently.
Whats stressing the engineers is all the firmwares they are having to update all Xs at least, possibly some Xs as well on top of X All the boards manufacturers release just to meet a price point and not because the board is actually any good or vice versa; not worth the extra doesn't do the engineers any favours at all it stretches fine resources even thinner and quality suffers as a result.
You could easily have a complete X product stack consisting of boards if manufacturers just started to remember that trying to cater for the minority that want to spend a tenner less isn't worth all the extra costs for resources and tooling because nobody with even a scrap of knowledge buys the board that isn't worth it for the sake of a tenner or the boards that are just made for sake of epeen.
Yep, and the new 's, the new layout is horrible. It went from perfect and user friendly to a confusing mess in literally one update. Don't even get me started on the B boards MSI have an additional problem as well where they used to have a few seperate pieces of software you could install such as Mystic Light and Command Center that were easy to navigate and absolutely flawless to use then some bright spark decided to ditch all of that and X owners in particular are now stuck with the pile of vomit MSI call Dragon Center.
Joined Jun 21, Messages Definitely no Cool N Quiet in the new Beta bios. Funny thing is they seem to have removed both beta bios updates from the download page now X Tomahawk. So should we still be using the Beta bios or not? A bit of communication from MSI wouldn't go astray! It took me a week to finally get rid of Cfosspeed lol, it wont even show LAN manager in Dragon Center now so that's a good thing. The CPU speed should be slower than the base speed even when it is at maximum loading.
